Founded in 2007
We are an American company founded in Grayson County, Virginia. The rolling hills of Grayson make it the ideal place to raise and source our 100% grass-fed beef. Our facility is 30 minutes from the major interstates I-77 and I-81, giving us a strong supply-chain and logistics position with almost half of the US population lying within 500 miles of us.
Our Goal
Our goal is producing high-quality meat products for both domestic and international markets. To accomplish this, we pursue diversified revenue streams, operate from a cutting-edge facility, and not only meet but exceed industry standards.

To create the highest-quality product possible we work with our local community to create jobs, and offer an economic alternative for beef producers to be the suppliers for the highest quality beef snacks in the industry.
Our Facility
Our production facility was built in 2017. This is a fully SQF, USDA, and GFCO certified state-of-the-art facility that meets and exceeds current standards for food safety and gluten-free food production. We’re positioned for growth with this facility with:
- Impressive modern amenities that inspire confidence in white-label partners.
- Modern equipment for high-quality and efficient production.
- Room for facility growth with 16 acres of land available.


Our Team
Charlotte Hanes
Co-founder and majority owner, is dedicated to regenerative farming. She works to preserve family farms and create agricultural jobs in the foothills of Virginia. GNF offers an economic alternative for the many beef producers in our area to be the suppliers for the highest quality beef snacks in the industry.


Brantley Ivey
Co-founder and General Manager, brings over 25 years of cattle farm operation experience to GNF.
Along with CFO Austin Phipps and QA Director Lindsay Todd, the team is dedicated to sustainable long-term growth.


Proud Supplier For The U.S. Military
Grayson Natural Farms has been proudly supplying beef sticks for MREs to the U.S. Military since 2020.


Meeting And Exceeding Standards
We meet and exceed global and U.S. standards for food safety and quality:
- SQF: The Safe Quality Food (SQF) Program is a rigorous and credible food safety and quality program that is recognized by retailers, brand owners, and foodservice providers worldwide
- GFCO: The Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO), ensures that gluten-free products are safe and trustworthy with a strict 80-point certification standard.
- USDA: USDA beef grades are based on nationally uniform standards of quality developed by AMS. These standards promote uniformity and assurance of product quality on a continuous basis regardless of supplier.
- FDA: Food nutrition and ingredient labeling is required for most prepared foods.
- Halal: We are able to produce Halal products and have held this certification in the past.
