Our current customer base ranges from individual familes to restaurants and universities.
We are small enough to establish a personal relationship with a handshake, yet big enough to supply your organization with professional consistency. Our product is dry-aged for 14 days to ensure a more tender product.
In addition to being a federally inspected processing facility, our facility is certified humane, and has supplementary certification for food safety and quality assurance as required by an international food service provider to universities and other institutions.
